The system of having Checks and balances has had it’s head cut off, mostly by political correctness, the ACLU, and liberals.
Roberts in the past adopted two kids from Ireland via South America. Story goes that the Roberts encountered a legal barrier in adopting two young kids from Ireland. On advice of lawyer the Roberts arranged to meet the two kids and their mothers in South America to complete the adoption process. Problem is the two Irish mothers may have violated Irish laws pertaining to human trafficking. The Obama Chicago machine has the goods on this affair and it may have played a role in Roberts reversal on his initial decision on Obamacare. IAW if the adoption process is challenged, the Roberts can be in legal trouble and the two kids they adopted must be returned to Ireland.
