A Friend of mine put solar in under a Canadian government program that pays out 61 cents per KWH for a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar investment hes looking at a 5 year pay out and 20 years of profit.
Commercial power in the area is 12 cents a KWH.
Getting rid of coal is good for some people.
