SHe makes good general disarming points but this is hardly a gender issue.
It is all about disarming law abiding people regardless of gender.
Why? Because all law-abiding people need and have a need to be able to defend themselves. Guys can easily get the crap beat out of them especially if teamed up on. And they don’t go easy on you just because you’re by yourself. They beat the crap out of you. They play the knockout game on you.
Of all the issues this needs to be one that we don’t go gender-batty on. Men need protection, women need protection. The reasons for the attacks may differ but the point of being able to be armed knows no gender.
And we have smaller guys, we have guys walking alone versus a gang, we have older guys, we have disabled guys, we have injured guys, we have healthy guys who want to stay healthy, we have guys walking girls and families around that want to be able to be safe.
It ain’t a gender thing. It’s a good guy vs bad guy thing, regardless of gender.
Of course it’s not a gender thing per say. Malkin is talking specifically to the MEN who keep making these insane and outrageous comments on how woman should/could protect themselves. That certainly does need to be called out!
Women are the MAJORITY of registered voters in this country. One of the greatest things that Obama and crew might actually DO would be to make America’s women realize that the left is not really interested in doing them any favors. If women can be made to WAKE UP, whether done by intent or by the incompetence of the left there might still be some way of saving this country. As long as the majority are in support of this leftist insanity there is no way to save this country, it will go into the trash heap of history.
One factor that started the country down this road was the granting of the vote to women, that will never be undone but it might be possible to have women wake up to reality.
