In most of Calilfornia, it is very difficult to obtain a concealed carry permit. Carrying a loaded gun in a car is not permitted. This made the multiple carjackings in this incident possible. Given the shooters name, could the be sudden Jihad syndrome?

Not just sudden jihad syndrome this time it was aided by Diane Feinstein herself.
Her constant carping about guns in the hands of law abiding people drove this man to start killing them!
When will Feinstein stop killing the voters?

If you gave money to Sandra Hutchins’ (OC Sheriff) campaign, you can get a ccw permit.
Interesting February for me, the Christopher Dorner murders happened two miles from my home and these carjacking murders were two miles from my work.
