This could be very costly to folks who have a large number of guns that were not lost in boating accidents. This could be really bad for me.
I am sure their proposed laws will have a requirment to have proof of insurance when in possession of a firearm, like at the range or hunting or stopped by some storm trooper on the highway for a vehicle check.
