Boo Hoo: MSNBC Hosts Are “Sad” Jesse Jackson Jr. Got Caught
Townhall.com ^ | 2/22/2013 | Daniel Doherty

After reading about the money he stole, the expensive swag he bought with campaign funds, and the constituents he ultimately betrayed, it’s hard to feel anything but contempt for disgraced celebrity son and former Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. But apparently not everyone agrees with me. Indeed, the folks over at ‘Morning Joe’ are -- wait for it -- saddened by his downfall (via Jazz Shaw):

I'm sad when a rabbit gets hit by a car. I'm sad when a Government agency picks the wrong house and kills a person or a dog. When someone steals and goes to prison I am not sad. When someone steals and does not go to prison I am sad.

I do not care what the political affiliation, the social status of the family, etc. We may have too many laws, but the basic ones should be adhered to. Theft, assault, murder and liberalism should all be punishable.

I couldn't agree more.

I was not "sad" when Duke Cunningham (R, Calif.) got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and was sent to prison. He abused his power and accepted his fate. I have to wonder though, did his fall from grace sadden the libs at MSNBC or are they just saddened when the criminal congressman is a dem?

SCHADENFREUDE: enjoyment obtained from the troubles of others.

I didn't make it happen but I'm glad it did.

Its almost poetic that Dung beetles are BLACK...
Irony can indeed stink...

Actually, it was beer not Coka Cola.

http://solargeneral.com/jeffs-archive/black-civil-wrongs/jesse-shakedown-jackson-gets-beer-distributorship-for-son/

That site exudes an evil odor, similar to what wafted over parts of Central Europe in the early to mid forties.

That's the guy. Democrats fought tooth and nail to protect him from impeachment, and then re-elected him for the next 20 years or so.

The bizarre thing is that whatever Democrats try to do in Congress, they claim "It's for the children."

Gun grabbing? "It's for the children, think of those poor victims at Sandy Hook and Columbine. No, this is not about controlling rural white males, who tend to vote for Republicans."

Education spending? "It's for the children. Think of those underprivileged children. Their only chance is to get a good education so that they can get a good job. No, this is not about giving more money and power to the teachers' unions, who tend to vote for Democrats."

Public housing? Public aid? "It's for the children. Think of those underprivileged children. You want us to throw them out on the street? No, this is not about providing a base of operations for their drug-dealing, gangster fathers and their prostitute mothers, who tend to vote for Democrats."

But when a Democratic Congressman wants to sodomize a young male page, or when a Democratic voter wants to abort her unborn child, or when children are buying drugs from gang members wearing Obama T-shirts, those children don't deserve protection.

The Mark Foley "scandal" revolved around him allegedly sending sexually explicit instant messages to an underage page. I think it was wring, but that's just me. The left, however, defended Studds' perverted tryst with an underage page wherein he actually had gay sex with the boy and you're right, the even reelected him. This was after he turned his back to members of congress while they read the censure.

liberals are nothing if not hypocrites.
