Sounds like the neo-communists want to be able to NAME NAMES and blacklist and bring up on charges of being an enemy of their state.
Joe McCarthy was not a senator. He was a prophet.
To: Minutemen
I think I get where he’s coming from but no thanks Ira.

Ira and his bunch of merry Socialist-Democrats sound desperate....trying to throw a wrench in the works that we posters thrive on. Ira and his ilk are actually good little Alinsky-ites....they keep shoveling the leftist crap our way, hoping some of it will stick to the soles of our shoes. I would love to hear what Mark Levin would say about “Ira Silverstein.”

If there’s a more clear violation of the First Amendment, I haven’t seen it.
This will never fly.

Joe McCarthy was not a senator. He was a prophet. I've said it before on this forum - Joe McCarthy wasn't wrong - he was just early.

This could have a silver lining. All we have to do is get Obama to post online, then we can use this law to find out who he really is.

It’s funny how so much legislation seems to be written to get revenge against the last thing that pissed off some representative.

This can only apply to web sites hosted in Illinois and there aren’t many because there is is not much hosting that is based there. Moreover, hosting is a cutthroat business and it is soooo easy to move a web site to a more free jurisdiction.
There may come a time when in order to be able to speak freely, many web sites will be based outside of the Land of the Used To Be Free.
For example: http://www.ccihosting.com/ (Equipment located on a former US military base)

I am well aware that law is a proposal in and for the state of Illinois. The whole point being, where will it stop?
Give the pea-brains the idea and every senator will want the same regulation for their state.
