RE :”I am well aware that law is a proposal in and for the state of Illinois. The whole point being, where will it stop?
Give the pea-brains the idea and every senator will want the same regulation for their state.”

I guess this state Senator is getting some anonymous criticism on the internet he doesn't like.

It doesn't sound enforceable in a way that can be effective by states. So what stops someone from and in Illinois posting the anonymous criticism of that state Senator on FR that everyone in Illinois can read? A stupid law like this in Illinois cant tell FR to remove anything from that site in CA even though the people there in that state can post on it and read it as if they were in CA.

It also sounds like something that would be thrown out in court pretty fast.

He wasn’t wrong or early. The Soviets had heavily infiltrated all strata of our society when he launched his investigations.

The communists were just angry because they wanted to take this country over subversively, and Joe McCarthy shined the light on those cockroaches.

That is why they demonize him now. And that is one of the reasons they have ‘come out of the closet’ and so openly support Marxism and communist leaders. They figure they’ll never be shy about it again.
