Todd Akin was the Republican candidate for the Senate from Missouri who made a dumb comment stating in essence that women who are the victims of "legitimate rape" rarely get pregnant. The Rats pounded on that point to such a extent that it made Akin himself the main campaign issue and handed the election to the libtard McCaskill.
Thus, the headline is somewhat misleading ... Akin per se has nothing to do with Colorado. The article, however, is all about the left wing idiots in that fine state, and their absurd notions of how to best protect their women.
