First "civil forfeiture", and now they propose "warrantless searches". These aren't much different from no-knock raids where they drop the warrant in the entry-way as they break down the door, shoot the dog, and hurl in the flash-bang.

As Benjamin Franklin might say today, "It's a long way from Tipperary", or maybe, "We're not in Kansas anymore."
