I would agree if I were on the jury. In Ohio, campaign posters must be removed within 24 hours of an election or they could be fined.
However, it support of “freedom of speech”, I can’t condone vandalism.
Let it stand proudly as a reminder of what disaster befalls a once proud nation when liberals are allowed to control the message.

Are you saying that in the State of Ohio, the government can come on to your private property and remove a campaign sign 24 hours after an election?

That would violate the federal Constitution.
