Did they kill him in the same manner? If not, justice was not served. But, he’s dead and that’s A Good Thing. :)

A Woman burner should have to ride the lightning in Texas.
Lethal injection somehow seems inadequate for the crime.

That is definitely NOT what to do, if you want a hotter girlfriend.

At least it’s a state that can mete out proper justice.

Texas: We’ll kill you back....

Texas's draconian reputation for executions is all sizzle and no steak. 1126 murders in 2011, compared to a mere 13 executions.

He did this in 1994. That means he’s had almost 20 years more of life than his victim.

He should have been put to death as soon as he was found guilty, and that’s that. But, as you say, at least he’s dead now, and that is definitely a good thing.

What I hate most about modern killers is they are now so self-righteous. In their minds, somehow they are the victims...did you see that he had the utter gall to “forgive” the daughter of his victim?

He may think he’s going to Jesus, but I don’t think Jesus is going to be very happy with him when He sees him.

I’m the first to agree the ratio should be 1:1. It’s still better than most.

Texas is one of the few states that follows through on the death penalty. But reading the story, I note that even in Texas it took nearly 19 years to execute him after he committed the crime. Even though there was a witness who was there when he did it.

“He deserved worse.”
I suspect that he’s getting the worst right now.

I guess we’ll just have to bring this puke back to life and prove you right.

What, did you think he was hot or something?

Committed murder with 50 cents worth of gasoline in a Big Gulp cup.

People who want to restrict guns don’t realize how easy murder is to those who really want to commit the crime.

Fifty cents cash and a Big Gulp cup. A lead pipe or a brick picked up off of the ground. A knife from the kitchen or bought for a dollar from the thrift store. A scarf or a short piece of rope.

Yeah, it’s the “assault weapons.” We need to get rid of the “assault weapons.”
