Nearly all the talk show yappers are. They are helpful to the conservative cause up to a point. Personally, I have not forgiven Rush and the rest for ignoring Obama’s highly questionable eligibility.
Limbaugh, and nearly all of the rest, are masters of SAFE! On unsafe issues that they **know** really irk their conservative listeners they will dish out a joke or two, give a minute, so their defenders here on Free Republic can say, “Yes, he DID cover that issue!”
Rush and the rest will **only** talk about safe topics. Obama’s highly questionable eligibility and unlikely social security number ? ( Silence) 2012 election fraud? ( Silence). Homofascist bullying? ( Silence). Homosexuals in the military ?( Silence). Remove your kids from the godless government run socialist-entitlement schools? ( Silence). The odd number of coincidental murders surrounding Clinton, Obama, and other high profile Democrats? ( Silence.) And....Many other topics.
Given how Rush and the rest handled Obama’s eligibility and other unsafe topics, I have come to a conclusion.
If true tyranny comes to the U.S. Rush, Beck, Ingraham, Coulter and the rest, will sell their talents to the fascist oligarchy. They will lick the jack boots crushing our necks.
Rush was illustrating absurdity.
Michelle was telling the truth.
If the difference escapes you, then you are a follower of Saul Alinsky, but too dumb to even realize it.
While better men than himself were out protecting and serving this nation, he was divorcing his wives and popping pills.
Sequestration, which he supports, is a dagger that punishes the US military and EXEMPTS entitlements, which are the real cause of our budget woes.
Better men and women than him will suffer, and anyone who cheers him on is a fool.
Wrong. There are no cuts, and it’s not going to decimate the military.
A 2% reduction in the rate of GROWTH is not a cut. There’s no excuse for anyone on FR not to know this.
Exactly how is that relevant? And what business is it of yours how much money anyone makes?
If you look at the comparisons of the kings who came after Josiah, every single one of them brought about more destruction than the king they succeeded, just like the string of presidents that came after Reagan. And yes, that includes both of the Bush presidents as well as Clinton and Obama.
Man by himself is not capable of producing the triumph that is alluded to on that wall without Jesus Christ. I honestly wish we were capable of achieving what President Reagan believed was possible, but I'm sure he knows what the future holds since he is now in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I honestly wish he were here now. The world needs him. I wish I had a chance to visit Reagan's Library to see it, but unfortunately what is written on that wall is not Biblical.

Actually, he is right. We’ve been fed a bunch of hooey about the sequestration. It will hurt some things, and by design, Obama wanted it to hurt the military so they’d blame the republicans. If America falls for this crap, they deserve what the consequences will be.
There is so much fraud waste and abuse of the government that it would literally cause you to have a heart attack. But if you need further proof, read the article her in FR about the companies NAD individuals in the billionaire’s group that not only pay NO TAXES, but receive MILLIONS in tax refunds! That will give you a little perspective on what Rush is saying.
We lived in military communities for over 25 years. We don’t have enough time for me to tell you all the waste I witnessed on a daily basis. And, in case you think I’m a lefty, NO I AM NOT! But waste is waste. PERIOD!
His ego is unimaginably unbearable. Even though I agree, obviously, with 99% of what he says, I can’t bear to listen for more than 10 seconds, which is how long it takes him after air-time to start talking about himself, or explaining how a UN press conference or a kenyan press conference was scheduled at 5pm so that Rush wouldn’t be able to comment on it.
I was never active duty and have never pretended to be.
However, I support the Soldier and have done so for the last 25 years, thank you very much.

Now there are two if us who seem to have figured it out.
I hammer away at at thi, have for years particularly when some mental midget criticizes "attacking Social Security," not having the intellectual horsepower to make the distinction between the contributory portion and separate it from the welfare function (i.e Medicaid.)
Similarly with disability, housing, education, etc.
When they are paid to shape public opinion, it is my business WHO pays them, and what their agenda is.

It’s not a 2% cut in the rate, it’s a 2% cut of a baseline amount, which is probably more like a 1% cut from previous budget.

This is the baseline-budgeting "government shutdown" scam of 1995/1996 all over again. Sequestration cuts nothing. The spending remains the same. The increase is postponed. Nothing more.
