Cooking ribs in the pressure cooker here with Garland Jack's secret Six Sweet and Sticky Molasses BBQ. Pressure cooker because of time constraints and it's only 30 degrees outside.

Reading that I had to grab a chunk of the leftover hickory smoked t-bone I cooked last night from the fridge!

I smoked two slabs of ribs over hickory wood and charcoal for 4 hours for my Daytona tailgate. With a little smear of Show Me Smoke Sauce just to finish up. Man they were good. However my driver picks didn’t fare so well.
