The never-ending campaign
The Obama campaign is going to bus people in for a protest in Albany. The campaign put a post up on its website advertising the event. Via Free Republic:

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Nothing is illegal when you’re the king! It’s good to be the king!
Personally, I think things like this are why the democrats can’t produce a budget. They’ve been heavily funding themselves and any budget they produce will contain unexplainable discrepancies.
Obama is betting the low information voters will intimidate republican congressman more than conservatives and he may be right.
Heck, I didn’t even know hussein had a commercial DL. Or does he even have a DL? Was it issued in a state other than illinois? Like his SS number. Just wonderin’.
They do not appear to be using federal funds and I believe that the Constitution provides people with the right to attend political demonstrations.
I wonder if the obongo administration will provide me with free transportation and a free breakfast to "protest" the Annual NRA Convention in Houston this May?
I would be willing to go "undecover" and go inside the convention, attend the meetings, buy from the vendors, and even eat at the banquets and then report back. They should get me a hotel room too so I can be thorough in my undercover scouting.
Laws are only for the peasantry.
Political theater from a fool! But the un-informed and un-educated masses love to cry for him, just like they do for Korean dictators.
Community organizing at its finest.
“Is This Even Legal?”
Obama rules by the divine right of kings, and the king can do no wrong.
The outcome of this debate is meaningless to me, so the as$hole in chief is wasting his time and effort. A2 guarantees my right to bear arms and I don’t GAF WHAT they decide. My guns will stay mine, period. Eat obama, Obama.
Bump.
Old tactic from the 60s - bus in outside agitators.
“Old tactic from the 60s - bus in outside agitators.”
Bus in people to beat the crap out of the agitators.
Old tactic from the 20’s.
Hugo Chavez does it.
Castro does it.
Putin does it.
Kim Jung Un does it.
Just another way (of many) Obama emulates his idols.
the are free to counter-demonstrate but are not free t intimidate....which is the goal here. They are cruising for an altercation.
I have several friends who are going to this demonstration with salt shakers full of KNO3
I’d like to see an audit. Union leaders can get paid for working on Union Business while on the clock....especially government unions. So I would love to see if anyone is getting paid a government salary to attend rallies like this.
Since when did”Obongo”consider “LEGALITY”???????????????
Somebody needs to post the picture of the roofing nails with the square base. Scatter a few thousand of those on the roads and shut down access.
Civil disobedience is a two way (full of flats) street!
Of course it is legal until the supreme court decides it isn’t.
Make up some giant placards with an arrow pointing to the left or right, then stand next to the obamaBot. Signs can include “Obama paid me to be here”, “I voted Democrat and all I got was a lousy bus trip”, “I’m not from around here.”, etc., etc.,
Now you have me curious. What can you do with a shaker full of Potasium Nitrate?
Here’s the link to RSVP online rather than call:

Let them [SEIU] come.
Maybe the MSM will be forced to cover this one!
‘It’ is about to hit the fan here in upstate NY.
Every Freeper in the area that is planning to attend should sign up for the free bus ride.
It is part of gunpowder and it is what the search dogs are trained to sniff-out. Make the search dogs go crazy.
BTW, they are running everyone through a metal detector before they enter the plaza. there will be dogs, and they will be going nuts with the trails of potassium nitrate leading everywhere.
Security will be super tight, except near the SEIU goons.
Oh I certainly see the danger. But thanks for the article. If this ‘social action group’ shares information with future democrat campaigns, that would be illegal....at least for a Republican candidate it would be.
I also still believe that many of the astro-turfers at these rallies will be government employees. And, I believe they will be union leaders, who will fill out their time cards as ‘official union business’, and literally get paid to be there...and they may get paid again by these wealthy donors.
BTW, why do I have a feeling that one of the $500k donors will be Bloomberg?
Perhaps, bit I doubt it is illegal.
And like it or not, the spending of money on a political cause is in fact a form of First Amendment expression.
There my be some homeless people going that live in the library.
Homeless people? Library?
The event has been removed.
Well there are going to be 5 disappointed homeless people and 7 disappointed students.
Their goal is to influence elections through issue advocacy. They are vulnerable on this gun-rights fight, because Democrats in pro-gun states are vulnerable. I don’t think they knew what they were dealing with, but they’ve got some emotional advantage, with all the sissies who can’t even look at a gun without trembling.
They want to win back the House in 2014. The Tea Party and the gun owners are a threat to this.
Whether it’s legal or not, we shall see. There certainly hasn’t been this propaganda push by our national administration ever before. If it were grassroots it would be fine, but it is being orchestrated by the president.
DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY MORE ABOUT THE RALLY BEING CANCELLED?
The SEIU thugs are going to get dusted with KNO3.
The bomb sniffing dogs are going to go nuts all over them.
It was in the NY Post today that the SEIU counter-rally was cancelled over the weekend. You guys scared them off. You scared the Albany PD. Mazel tov.
