I don't know much about Mr. Cent. However, as he appears to wish to fix a lack of diversity wherever he finds it, may I humbly submit that, rather than looking to a venue in which minorities are welcome, but choose not to attend, he focus his attention on places where his fellow peeps of color are completely and conspicuously absent by choice: PBS. Specifically cooking shows.
