BTW, I am not watching the race today...my time spending hours watching NASCAR went out the window when they started sucking up to the Assclown currently occupying the Oval Office.
They had his beard and Biden’s wife do the call at Homestead a couple of years ago, and that was the last straw.
I’ll watch occasionally now, but I’m done with being a big fan. NASCAR turned me off with their political correctness.
When I wuz a kid, a neighbor who was a Champion Spark Plug salesman used to screen 16mm NASCAR movies in his garage on Saturdays for the local kiddies. I become less enamored of NASCAR when they started using cars with sheetmetal bonded to the roll cage instead of real production car bodies and when Detroit stopped making RWD V-8 powered cars. Now NASCAR is like Drag Racing's Funny Cars.
