The budget has gone from $1.8 trillion in Clinton’s last year to $3.7 trillion — more than double in 12 years. And we can’t find 3% to cut? Are they crazy? They truly are like addicts sticking a needle in their arm. Any little cut makes they scream and lash out. Part of the problem is that a big chunk of the American public either wants big spending (and wants “the rich” to pay for it) or is simply not aware of how spending has shot up under Bush and Obama.
Remember when The First Marxist railed against the evil Republicans “holding the Middle Class hostage”? He is attempting to hold the entire US economy hostage by insisting that the puny $44 billion in cuts in his horribly bloated spending spree will “ruin the recovery.” What recovery? There is nothing to ruin when gasoline went up $.50 /gal in one month and higher taxes were levied on every taxpayer.
The suckjester will cut around 120 billion a year for ten years.
Thats 10 billion a month.
