It was the average too-long, unfunny, over-produced Academy Awards TV show and then, after suffering through the 10-hour (well, it seemed like it) show, there was the first lady. In a ball gown. With military service personnel in dress uniform behind her.

I didn’t watch any of it (still don’t know who got ‘BestPic’ BUT she was live from the White House not in LA. She didn’t have time, what with having to unpack from the ski vacation and all.
The Obamas have to constantly be in the news. It keeps the sheeple drinking the kool-aid, otherwise they would wake up and see all the failures of this administration and denounce the plan for Barrys’ idea of a socialist nation.

This is a common misunderstanding. Your definition of “the job” is not Obama’s.
It’s true that, by your definition, he’s not doing the job.
But this does not mean he’s lazy, or interested in golf/vacations/celebrity. If only that were true!
His job is to transform the United States into a Marxist-Leninist dictatorship. He’s following a script that has been carried out before, and which is well-documented and well understood.
So far, he has completed all of his designated tasks on o ahead of schedule. Resistance within the political system has been virtually eliminated. Preferential enforcement/non-enforcement of the laws is well underway. The battlefield for civilian disarmament is being prepared. Te general staff turnover is tremendous.
The next act, of course, is provoking a rebellion in order to crush it and institute the dictatorship of the proletariat.
He’s not lazy. He’s not incompetent. He’s very, very good at what he does - and our liberty hangs by a thread as a result.
It's why she was allowed on the show.
The producers of the show, Neil Meron and Craig Zadan, produced Chicago.
They are gay and this, I guess, is payback for getting rid of "Don't Ask Don't Tell" and Obama's shift back to support for gay marriage.
Zadan got his start co-producing the original Footloose, so maybe the preacher was on to something about dancing and where it leads ...

Very interesting... And someone connected with the Oscars has definately got the connections at the WH to have run this idea by staff, MO and 0 himself. Then they put together this whole production. They would have required a film crew/production staff at the WH and some type of rehearsal with MO. A lot of planning went into this. It has all the appearances of State run media.
Did anyone catch his report on this?
(Couple of break-ins, homes being searched, cop cars with blazing lights zooming up and down the streets, two helicopters circling overhead.....wow, such excitement)
