Marriage group will 'take out' GOPers who support same-sex unions

A national group that has spent millions to defend the traditional definition of marriage has pledged to spend $500,000 against any Republicans who vote to legalize same-sex marriage.

The move comes less than a week after Republican state Sen. Branden Petersen of Andover said he was considering becoming a co-author of a proposal to legalize same-sex marriage in Minnesota.

“Republicans like Branden Petersen don’t realize that not only is voting to redefine marriage a terrible policy, it is also a career-ending vote for a Republican,” said Brian Brown, president of the National Organization for Marriage. “NOM will do everything in our power to defeat any Republican who votes in favor of same-sex marriage.”

Everyone needs to donate to the National Organization for Marriage. They are on the front lines, and any group the Left hates as much as they hate this one is worthy of our support.

The Republican Party needs to understand. Socons are not happy. When socons aren’t happy, the base goes away.

That's very good news indeed. Put the liberal-hearted RINO's on notice. We don't need nor want these wayward pandering RINO's in the party.

And what do you propose to do with Democrats who vote in favor of same-sex marriage?

Would you be willing to accept donations from the Democrat party?

Just made my donation to NOM.

I'll continue to donate to them so long as I can and other donations that step up to preserve Boy Scouts for non-homosexuals as Scouts or Scout leaders.I hate no one but despise perversion and preying on children is an abomination that must stop and I'll do what I can to stop it!

I'll vote for NO candidate, regardless of party, that supports destroying the moral fabric of our beautiful land, that includes abortion and homosexuality.

The problem the republicans have are liberals like Laura Bush, Colin Powell and Dick Cheney already coming out proudly for sodomite “marriage” and murdering unborn babies. GW Bush was the worst thing to happen to not only fiscal conservatives but also social conservatives in probably the last 50 years. He loved to take orders from his wife and appointed more sodomites to his administration than all other republicans combined before him. Then his great gift to the country was the election of the Marxist-in-chief.

You can also add W's mom, as another sodomite-loving "moderate Republican" to that mix.

Actually, both of the Bush wives, Nancy Reagan and going back a way, Betty Ford, would all be quite at home in the liberal wing of the democRAT Party and toss in Condi Rice to the mix!

None of them honor the family nor the unborn.

The Bushes have a long history of supporting abortion. Grandpa Prescott was the first secretary of Planned Parenthood way back in the 30s I think it was.

Aha, then Prescott was also anti-Semitic, pro-eugenics along with pro-abortion.
