The moral hazard of 10 cents on the dollar for Margin in the Stock Market might be the real culprit.

Not all that dissimilar to Fannie and Freddie, Bwaney and Chris, CRDA and CMO's, Gorelick and Cuomo....

They all exposed us to Moral Hazard.
