Complaint filed in case of 6-year-old transgender girl
Colorado Springs Gazette ^ | February 26, 2013 | Carol McGraw

Six-year-old Coy Mathis explains her predicament in the simplest of terms:

“I want to go to school. We play games at recess,” the first grader said Tuesday.

But the transgender girl is being home schooled this semester because she has been denied access to the girls’ bathroom at Eagleside Elementary School in Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8, her parents say.

New York-based Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund attorneys said they filed a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Division on behalf of her parents Kathryn and Jeremy Mathis, saying Coy has been discriminated against.

Forcing Coy to use a different bathroom than the girls, “is targeting her for stigma, bullying and harassment,” said Michael Silverman, TLDE attorney and executive director. He said that Colorado law prevents schools from discriminating against transgender students.

Either they are trying to get their kids to be accepted as transgender or they are trying to force a Catholic school to accept the child of two lesbians. Anything to start a problem or lawsuit.

So I am wondering just how, at age 18 months, Coy was able to actually communicate this complex issue with parents. Or were parents just hearing what they wanted to hear, or imagined they heard.

Yep. I remember the day when I was folding laundry and my 17-month-old son pointed his hands onto his chest and said "Shirt." My mom even took a picture of it, with his mouth forming the "sh" sound. We all considered that an endearing breakthrough. He was skipped a grade in middle school and found to have an extremely high IQ; and now, as an adult, has been teaching at a leading university.

But I guess their little "girl" is even smarter. /sarc

I've never met a hermaphroditic child. But I know that such persons do exist.

So it comes down to this: because an extremely miniscule number of such persons exist, the little girls in this child's school should have a boy with a penis in their bathroom, according to these wacko parents.

Sorry folks, your son is a boy.

I would say, "Wait until this confused child hits puberty -- all that will change"; however; fiendish parents such as these and medical "caregivers" are now pioneering the use of hormones on young children to SUPPRESS their natural puberty so they can stave it off until they can undergo the expensive and traumatic butchering of their private parts. Barbaric.

That said, I don't know whether this particular pair are planning to do this; but after they hit the talk show circuit as a result of this publicity, it's highly likely.

Here's a link to a tragic story of a person whose sex was "changed" by medical science in childhood:

What were the real reasons behind David Reimer's suicide?
For Dr. Money, David was the ultimate experiment to prove that nurture, not nature, determines gender identity and sexual orientation—an experiment all the more irresistible because David was an identical twin. His brother, Brian, would provide the perfect matched control, a genetic clone raised as a boy.

David's infant "sex reassignment" was the first ever conducted on a developmentally normal child. (Money had helped to pioneer the procedure in hermaphrodites.) And according to Money's published reports through the 1970s, the experiment was a success...[but the] reality was far more complicated...

[Note: I did NOT make up the name "Dr. Money."]

They will likely start this boy on sex change hormones before he hits 10 or 12. They will have therapists and others encourage him to NEVER EVER want to change back. The pressure on him to be transgender will be enormous.

A relative of mine is on some mommy forum with the “mother” of this child. So take this for what it is worth.

“A special medicine to get his body to match her brain” or some such nonsense is the plan.

And since mommy has stopped her photography business and daddy is busy being a “gradual student”, we the taxpayers will get the bill.

She’s making a career out of all five of her children by being an “advocate”. There is something amiss (according to the parents) with all five and Miss Kathryn has been giving schools hell for a couple of years now and expects to reap wealth and fame as a result. Although I am sure that she would call it something along the lines of “Making a Difference for The Children by educating the knuckle-dragging masses”.

I’ve been ill and at home for a few days now and I’ve been reading about this and talking with my cousin. This crap isn’t making me feel any better.

Again, the above is third hand “knowledge”.
