Even the Asians benefit from affirmative action and equal opportunity laws, they go the front of the line for jobs, scholarships, and other benefits.

Jobs- and college-admissions-wise, Asians are systematically underrepresented, relative to their test scores and their credentials, although they are overrepresented relative to their proportion of the population. The only protected minorities in the country subject to quota preferences are Hispanics and black. While blacks and Hispanics are underrepresented relative to their numbers in the population, they are overrepresented relative to their test scores and credentials.
