GunUp Ends Sales To Law Enforcement In Anti-Gun States

SEATTLE, WA --(Ammoland.com)- Due to the large number of anti-gun and anti-Second Amendment initiatives that have been passed or proposed in states like New York and Colorado, GunUp will apply all state and federal laws (as applied to civilians) to all state and local government agencies and officers.

To put it simply, we will limit all sales of firearms and magazines to only what law abiding citizens may possess in their state, county, or city.

“GunUp believes that all citizens should have the same rights under the Second Amendment,” said Vice President Caleb Giddings. “Unfortunately, some politicians don’t agree, and as such we will not sell firearms, magazines, or accessories to any LE agency or officer in states where those items are prohibited to law abiding citizens.”

GunUp will continue to support law abiding citizens in ban states to the best of our ability, and will continue to offer fair prices on guns and gear to those citizens.

Need some of the “biggies” to do this as well.
It won’t really stop LEOs from getting what they need if they order privately, but that’s OK.

Just make no exceptions to the laws for LEOs.

Gun manufacturers and suppliers halting sales to LE in gun control states is such a noble deed.....especially since they are losing money not making sales. The GOP needs to show the same backbone dealing w the gun grabbers

Meh. It's a start (a GOOD start), but where's the punishment, the penalty? If you leave the state on the same footing with the public, then the public is hampered just as much as are the ones behind the infringements.

I think it is a form of protest. A message sent to state legislators. Plus the reduction of sales will free up more products to those in freer states. Right now there is a shortage of items. Now is the time for manufacturers to put on the pressure. In the summer when the demand goes down this message will be less effective.

The country is blessed when good people risk stepping up to the plate. Thanks GunUp - you're preserving our freedoms... and it matters. Again - thanks.

The blue state public voted for their infringers, so F them.

True dat. Course there are also good people there for whom that doesn't apply, but it's good for them too, because if they haven't already moved to a free state, they need a push to get them to do so.
