Pink Anti-Semitism Is No Different from Brown Anti-Semitism

The core characteristic of anti-Semitism is the assertion that everything the Jews do is wrong, and everything that is wrong is done by the Jews. For the anti-Semite every rich Jew is exploitive, every poor Jew a burden on society. For the anti-Semite, both capitalism and communism are Jewish plots. For the anti-Semite, Jews are both too docile, allowing themselves to be led to the slaughter like sheep, and too militant, having won too many wars against the Arabs. For the anti-Semite, Jews are too liberal and too conservative, too artsy and too bourgeois, too stingy and too charitable, too insular and too cosmopolitan, too moralistic and too conniving.

To the anti-Semite, every depression, war, social problem, plague must have been the fault of the Jews. Whenever the Jews appear to be doing something good – giving charity, helping the less fortunate, curing the sick – there must be a malevolent motive, a hidden agenda, a conspiratorial explanation beneath the surface of the benevolent act.

Now the very twisted illogic that has characterized classic anti-Semitism is being directed at the Jewish state, which for the anti-Semite has become "the Jew" among nations. When Israel sent help to tsunami and hurricane victims, the Jewish state was accused of merely trying to garner positive publicity calculated to offset its mistreatment of Palestinians. When Israeli medical teams save the lives of Palestinian children, they must be up to no good. When it was disclosed that the Israeli army has the lowest rate of rape against enemy civilians, radical anti-Zionists argued that this was because Israeli soldiers were so racist that they did not find Palestinian women attractive enough to rape! Nothing the Jew or the Jew among nations does can be praised,

The worst anti-Semitism comes from the left. They're more clever and sophisticated at hiding their true agendas. Or maybe these homosexuals think that by currying favor with the Palestinians and other "victims" of Zionist "terror" they'll get a free pass if sharis takes hold? The sad truth though is many if not most Jews still fear the “right” more than the “left”. A lot of that is due to Nazism and the Nazi role in modern Arab states, and the fact 500,000 Jews were saved when the Soviets liberated Hungary.

Some Jews, like Bernie Faber here in Canada, see their biggest threat as some keyboard anti-Semite writing for Stormfront. When the real threat are University or Labor groups that have boycott campaigns against Israel, or American and Canadian Muslims, who have actually killed Jews.

European antisemitism leads many over there to trot out the tired “criticism of Israel is not antisemitism” when we damn well know that antisemitism motivates their lack of criticism against the terrorists Israel is responding to.

I think if we are talking of the Old World, there still is a huge element of good old right wing Jew hatred over there; but here in the US and Canada, the majority of it is from the left.

I think you have something there. There is miles of difference between the privileged Jews that live here and the real Jews in the Israel. In Israel they face extinction and death almost daily. In the USA many Jews are the self hating kind that are quick to criticize Israel for ever wrong. The movie “Defamation” interviewed a prominent Jewish writer in America, whose own parents survived the Holocaust, who tried to draw some moral equivalence with the real Holocaust and what is happening to the Palestinians. Israel doesn't need Jews like those.

Yes. Projectionism. Back in college the left-leaning campus “activists” were some of the worst racists I’ve had the displeasure of knowing. Acting like they understood the oppression of anyone darker-skinned than they were, pretending to be “down for the struggle”. I wish I had them under surveillance on a typical Saturday night of partying. When the brewskis flowed and the “doobies” got passed around, that’s when they let their, pardon the pun, true colors show. One of my lovely wife’s dopey nephews defriended me on Facebook for liking one of the TEA Party groups and posting comments critical of 0bama and islam. He called me a racist and I replied “I know you are, but what am I”. He responded with an obscenity-laced rant, and we haven’t spoken since. Oh, well...

On a related note, the dems had a stronghold on the Bronx for over 80 yrs. I remember my parents telling me they never burned crosses in daBronx. Only real estate offices in the “good” neighborhoods that dared to show co-ops and houses to those “g*ddamn n*****s” and “filthy sp*cs” (that’s what the phony libs refer to them as when they think no one’s around). This attitude still prevails wherever “Lear Jet” liberals live.
