Then there are the worlds greatest female middle distance runners, every one of whom is at least beautiful, and several who would flatter any motion picture screen. The whole Dibaba family of beautiful women, world record and Olympic gold medal winners, from Tirunish, “The Baby Faced Assassin”, to her 40 something aunt, and her 18 year old baby sister, who recently defeated Meseret, are stunning. Then there is Meseret Defar, Olympic gold at 5000 meters, who is charming, beautiful, very Christian, thanking Jesus to the worldwide audience at the finish of her London Gold in the 5000 over Tirunesh, and doing all sorts of community work when not competing. These women don't take a village to raise a family, the support their extended families and villages with their income from winning races. Then there is Meseret’s frequent teammate, the amazing Sentiyehu Ejigu, amazing for running the second fastest 3000 meters in the World with a lovely, and completely relaxed face that could have been the one the cameras pick out in the crowd during a break in the action. Ejigu looks a bit like the Israeli/Ethiopian woman.
Why Ethiopians should produce so many beauties is an interesting anthropological question? Ethiopians are clearly a mix of Arab and African genes. Being Christian, at least for the time being - Obama and his patrons are working to turn Ethiopia and Kenya into Muslim states - they dress like women who like to be appreciated. We might be surprised at what lurks under those Burkas in the Arab states. We know, because they use her to market Islam, that Alwaleed bin-Talal’s third wife is stunning (see her at the opening of the Cambridge branch of the Alwaleed bin-Talal Center for Islamic Studies, which followed Harvard's and Georgetown's, and American U., and which you can find on Youtube).
Just for the record, Yityish Aynaw is not a Christian Ethiopian. She is a Jewish Ethiopian, a Falasha, and a direct descendant of King Soloman and The Queen of Sheba by their son Menelik 1.
The Falasha call themselves Beta Israelthe house of Israeland used the Torah to guide their prayers and memories of the heights of Jerusalem as they lived in their thatched huts in Ethiopia. They follow Jewish traditions including circumcision, observing the Sabbath, attending synagogue, and following dietary and purity laws.
The miracle of Israel’s Operation Solomon is has brought back this ancient Jewish community to rejoin the rest of the Jewish people in Israel. Another tribal group returns. :)
