There is now a line on the SS application form that asks how much money you and/or spouse have in your 401K or IRA accounts.

I guess Obama is preparing to pull an Argentina and confiscate even more of our money.

That is what I am afraid of. My husband doesn’t want me to fill it out. He wants to just wait until he retires and see what happens. I am thinking of just filling it out and saying that I don’t have either a 401K or an IRA and that I am not privy to the information about my husband’s accounts because my name is not on them.
