An Army psychiatrist may soon admit to and describe the deadly 2009 shooting rampage at Fort Hood.
Maj. Nidal Hasan's attorneys say he wants to accept responsibility in the attack that killed 13 on the Texas Army post.
Hasan has indicated he may plead guilty to lesser charges of unpremeditated murder.

Nobody wants an actual open trial. Many inconvenient facts would be revealed. Anybody ever wonder why this thirty five year old man could never find a woman “sufficiently devout” to make his wife. The Army investigators found things on his computer and apartment that the new gay friendly Obama military would not like publicized. While I certainly don't endorse a "living, breathing, evolving" stance on our sacred Constitution, there must be a some way to temporarily revoke the "cruel and unusual punishment" prohibition from the Eighth Amendment for this agent of Satan.
The needle is far too kind for Hasan. He deserves a slow, painful, excruciating form of death. Ordinarily a sadistic approach is uncalled for. This guy is definitely the exception and I'd surmise that the Founding Fathers wouldn't object at all to this special case. I'd bet some interesting experiments involving Ben Franklin's electrical apparatus could be done on this evil murdering muzzie.
