Well, where are all the Freepers who said the GOP would cave on the sequester?

I'll own up. I thought for sure Boehner would cave. But it's only been 3 days and if past is prologue odds are not good against them holding the line.

Here's hoping that I will be proven wrong again.

If you can hold the line on anything in the circumstances the GOP has been in you are doing well. And that is pretty much all the GOP has been able to do up to now. That's the reality when you hold only one branch of Congress and have a full-court liberal press which has been successful in duping the public and splitting the right.

Not just holding but advancing is another story. If your opponent begins to lose his magic over the dim-wit populace because he's cried "wolf" too many times you may actually be able to win a few. I don't expect that we can win all, but suspect we will start to win some going forward.
