Kagen and Sotomaier are probably the two least capable people ever appointed to the United States Supreme Court.
I wouldn’t hire either of them to write me a will.
I don’t know Kagan but I practiced in front of Sotomayor for years and she was universally respected as a judge. Sorry but really, she was a really smart judge in federal court in Manhattan. I wish she had stayed and wasn’t on the SC of course, but she’s no dummy.
