I’m not defending it but it seems the fire rate on an Airsoft is comparable to an AR.
This should be screamed by everyone, the gun show loophole is you passing down your gun to your grandson. Not said enough.
Obama is using this term loophole to try to raise capital gains taxes.
Paying 15% on money already taxed at 28% and then put at risk in the market is hardly a “loophole” or a “crime”.
It is compliance within the law, and I would argue that there should be NO tax on money once taxed.
I probably will before it does. LOL.

They weasel word it to sooth your brow. They say no one will take your guns.
BUT, they won’t let you sell them or hand them to heirs.

We have a gun club at work, it is affiliated with the company, but you can no longer sell a gun in the company paper, yet the gun club still advertises in the paper.
It is odd in it’s reasoning.
