I disagree with this statement. My parents taught me what they could, but they couldn't educate me in fields they had no experience with. For most 'families' there is a limit to the 'education' they can give to their child.

The statement was not focused on WHAT you can teach, but rather HOW you can teach.
If you want to teach more advanced subjects, you will have to learn them yourself or subscribe to a satellite school that provides the material.
My wife and I have homeschooled 9 children. There is virtually no limit to what you can teach.
Meanwhile, you should consider very carefully allowing your children to be taught by the communists at your neighbor’s expense.
