The woman identified a lawyer who approached her and a friend to make the videotape, according to affidavits obtained by the Post. That man has in turn identified another lawyer who gave him a script for the tape and paid him to find women to fabricate the claims, the affidavits say.

So it sounds like somebody left a considerable trail. This should be good.

so really who would want to take out old Menendez, that makes sense only if its another democrat who wants his seat because it does republicans no good, the seat is unwinnable anyway in NJ, has to be another Dem if its indeed a set up, which i find very hard to believe.
