Too many illegal immigrants and California expats

“The Democrats in Colorado control both chambers of the legislature and the Governor’s office.”.
This is what happens when the Kalifornia moonbats move in. But, they DON”T control the U.S. Constitution and I see a major lawsuit pending with some of these bills.
