Yup. Shameful bunch of ring knockers. Gen. McChrystal also stated that we don’t “need” assault weapons on the streets of America. Au contraire. I say we “need” even more than there are now. These guys are unbelievable. Unfortunately I have known quite a few mil officers that lean wayyyyyy left. Absolutely disgraceful. I remember the oath I took in 1967 and it had no expiration date and I am responsible to uphold it till my time is up.

Molon labe MF’s.

P.S. Proud to see you took McCarthy’s handle.

To stop the vast majority of ‘gun violence’ you have to stop crime and criminals.

Do these folks want more jails? More prisons? Or fewer criminals. All work.

What does NOT work is taking guns away from law biding citizens.

I haven't had the opportunity to research the service records of these General and Flag officers, but I suspect their combat experience is at or near nonexistent. The involvement of Bloomberg in this campaign sets off alarms in my mind.

HIMMLER

Germans who wish to use firearms should join the SS or the SA, ordinary citizens don’t need guns, as their having guns doesn’t serve the State.

I could probably line up 8 or 10 flag officers to endorse bringing back debtors prisons or taking away women’s sufferage. So what?

My bus driver wears a uniform too. Do we have to listen to her ideas on guns as well? This crap makes me sick. Just because someone is a cop or in the military does not make them an expert on my constitutional rights.

Let’s see...nope...nope...this paragraph? Nope? This one? Nope Here? nope...There? nope....

Yep. Once again, absolutely nothing on mental illness. They even list a shrink and incredibly not one word on mental illness.

Just curious: Are these the same type of people who beat up on cars when a drunk driver kills someone?

All congress has to do to end mass gun violence is to outlaw antidepressants and similar drugs.

Every mass shooter has been on one of them.

Face it, the military in many in many important ways is a childish existence. In a way, it must be in order for them to function as a unit in combat. Rules must be strict and perfectly followed.

But it is also childish. We all have seen the military retiree who becomes the nusiance of the HOA, or the hall monitor of the neighborhood. They often deeply desire rigid structure and fear freedom.
The flip side is senior military leaders. They love exercising autocratic power, and miss weilding it.

These military leaders are traitors for trying to restrict freedom at home.

Not “mental illness,” just mind altering drugs.

Without the drugs, no mental illness will ever produce a mass shooter.

The drugs are the entire problem.

Hey look, a bunch of left-wing flag officers took some time off from swapping wives to make a PSA. How nice for them.

FU, Bloomberg. F your goosestepping uniformed lackeys, too.

Judging by the way they are buying arms and ammo, they are issuing a pretty clear warning to our would-be overlords. But will they heed it in time? Note to the retired military “leaders”: Starting a second civil war is not a “plan” for reducing violence, and that’s the minefield you and your ilk are presently tap dancing across. The people have had enough of your power madness.

If you don’t agree with the Constitution, which you swore to defend, go find another damn country to live in!

I was under the impression that they swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Evidently they are siding with the Constitution’s enemies.
