This bill will be going to the house floor for a vote. Contact YOUR delegates, and ask them to support HB2760 without amendment. Ask them to vote against any substantive amendments on the house floor, should they arise. Ask them to vote for the bill on the floor. We need to get this over to the senate, and then our work begins anew.

I get the feeling that I’ll be moving back to WV.

Manchin, apparently, won’t let reporters bring up ‘gun related questions’ when he’s being interviewed. Well, I guess its time for him to reconnect with his fellow West Virginians to see how they feel about the matter.
It seems as though he’ll be turning his back on Nancy and Harry soon enough.

This same bill was left to die in Pennsylvania last Fall.I don’t see anyone putting pressure on Gov. Corbett to get this bill redone and signed this year. A bill like this would solve the problems of municipalities harassing legal firearms owners with illegal ordinances such as occurs in Philthydelphia all the time.
Anyone out there know what happened to Corbett on this matter?
