I read an article that stated that if an employee was a contract employee, they would be covered by Obamacare. I suggest Hobby Lobby explore that option, if it’s true. Make every employee an entrepreneur.

As the former owner of a ‘piece meal’ work mechanic shop...they have labor laws heavily monitoring that.

Department of Labor Rules would make that very difficult. You can't give a contractor much direction at all and even if you followed the letter of the law an Obama friendly judge would hose you.
