In real life, the sanctimonious Cosby is not the innocent father and husband that he played on his show.
It is well known that he was a frequent guest of Hugh Hefner’s at the Playboy mansion, well known for the alcohol and drug fueled romps that the famed enjoy there. He was and probably still is a serial cheater on his long suffering wife, Camille..who apparently sees a reason to stay with the lout.
This man, ugly inside and out, belongs on the shelf of some archive as someone whom we used to know. He is irrelevant and should be ignored.
Senility is sad.
Cosby was NEVER very interesting as either a pro tennis player spy who would stick out like a sore thumb in Monte Carlo, or as a psychiatrist father of a yuppie-type family.
Only a brilliant mind like Bill Cosby possesses is capable of understanding that the only reason to oppose BO is because he’s black.

Then the country entered the Age Of Racial Enlightenment and we learned that every action is motivated by white racism toward blacks.
I also like Noah, which also antedates the Age of Racial Enlightenment.
Funniest one I’ve ever heard was about his experience dining in Italy with Henry Silva, where he learned about Fernet Branca.

For many like him, "Obama" represents something different than the actual flawed progressive anarchist person obama is, and is a vindication for all the abuse they lived through and overcame.
Such an experience often leaves a bit of insanity behind, minefields that one might have forgotten were there.
If they actually engage that reality of what obama truly is, what to do with that cognitive dissonance?
Perhaps it's far easier, and less public pain, to do what he did: blame a reliable enemy like the republicans and be glad to not be much longer in this world.
I am grateful to him, for the years of comedy, of course, but also for the battles he fought and won. We are better as a result.

Conservatives are always eager to embrace any black person that seems even remotely conservative and are disappointed every time. I like to call it Colin Powell syndrome.

Methinks Cosby has been sniffing too much Barack sh!t. Republicans had a candidate, that, had nothing bad to say about dumBO.
I grew up listening to his records. We literally wore them out. "You better not touch!" "Fire One!" "Even a Phys ed major knows 'Why is there air?' There's air to blow up basketballs!" "I'm turning left and hitting the brakes!" Very funny man with a special gift.
He was a big influence on my growing up 'color blind' in the MLK dream.
But Cosby devolved into a racist idiot.
