Jeb Bush Quietly Lays Campaign Groundwork Through Foundation (sigh!)
Buzzfeed ^ | Wednesday March 6, 2013

“The chatter is he's up to something,” says one Florida operative.

If Jeb Bush decides to convert his media tour into a presidential bid in a couple years, he won't have to look far for a campaign staff: The well-funded education foundation he runs out his office in a Miami hotel is stacked with former political operatives, a large communications team, and a rapidly growing staff whose work stretches into 40 states.

It is common practice for undeclared presidential candidates to build a campaign infrastructure under the guise of a political action committee, but Bush appears to be laying the groundwork for a potential campaign through his foundation, multiple Florida political strategists told BuzzFeed.

"The chatter is he's up to something," said Florida Democratic operative Christian Ulvert. "He has a robust staff and has positioned himself on policy issues. You can safely say his eyes are focused on some form of higher office."

So now my choice is either Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton?

The Bush-Clinton Cartel, just like old times at Mena.

Bush missed his chance for political relevance when he didn’t run against Nelson for Senator last year.

They didn't learn their lesson with Dole. They didn't learn their lesson with McCain. They didn't learn their lesson with Romney, and now they won't learn their lesson with Jeb Bush.

The sooner the Republican Party collapses because of all this internal rot, the better!

No more Bushes! No more Clintons! Obviously no more Obamas! We have to get out of this rut.

This administration is full of Clinton people. Cinton/Bush cycle, more like ruling elite. MSM and both parties attack any conservative that threatens their power

Uh, no thanks.

This is like coming into the theater in the middle of a movie, settling in, then realizing you've seen the movie before.

Several times in fact.

It feels as if we are caught up in a political version of Ground Hog Day.
Except for us, the story repeats itself every four years instead of every morning.

But we're still stuck in Gobbler's Knob.

If we don’t all get behind a single conservative candidate it’ll be 2012 all over again in the primaries.

Then someone needs to step up to the plate. Regardless of how one feels about Jeb Bush, it's s smart move to get one's campaign operations in place as early as possible.

I can’t malign the guy based on who his ancestors or siblings are nor on his name. It’s unjust to put him in such a caste rather than judge him as an individual.

I’ll vote against him because he is not a conservative and he seems like he says stuff not out of conviction but because some campaign manager says he should.

As the Liberal media picks the person they know we do not want.

So while potential conservative candidates sit on the sidelines twiddling their thumbs, Jeb is getting a campaign machine in place and this is somehow the liberal media's fault?
