I think we should require lawmakers to take Constitution courses run by strict constitutionalists instructors and pass a battery of tests and then have ethics courses taught to them as well and pass more tests before they are allowed to write laws.

it would not matter.

local and federal politicians intentionally pass laws they KNOW to be unconstitutional because they know most people have no money to mount a court battle and most times politicians have ex parte access to judges that regular people do not have.

also keep in mind judges are NOT the friends of the peole or the law. Judges are creatures of their own ego maniacal power. (aka black robe fever)

FL had to pass a law which CRIMINALIZED local politicians who refused to remove unconstitutional second amendment local laws from the books.

This politician does not care about the law, rights, or anything. This politician knows only how to sell fear in order to gain power.

The public should fear THIS politician.
