Nothing is perfect, however if it is “State Rights” if I don't like the state I can move to a state that has Laws that I like.

With the Fed's I'm stuck, MOST Fed Law applies to All the states (Some Fed Laws do not apply in states that have state constitutions stating that that Law does not apply)I bet that is open to debate :-)

I just may move back to Alaska (I do like Tennessee, it is warmer in the winter) :-)Texas is also looking good!!

Shouldn't the 2nd Amendment? I don't see where the states have the power to restrict the 2nd Amendment anymore than the 1st.
