I am seeing alot of confusion on open carry. As a Missisippian with a “FIREARM PERMIT” can I go into Walmart with one showing in a holster or does my 45 have to be concealed.
I hope states start passing laws soon to prohibit FFA gun dealers from turning over their entire registries to federal agents.
Importantly, while this is currently prohibited in federal law as well, the BATF&E are still doing it. But reinforcing it with state law should be entirely legal, as far as federal courts are concerned, and the states are most likely to stop any BATF&E attempts to do this.
