Toomey would have impressed me more if he had cancelled his dinner with Obama and stayed on the floor with Paul.

Well if you are looking for disappointment the Senate and House of Reps will never fail you. At least a few of them did the right thing.

We're not even talking about imminent threats, the obongo administration has defined returning vets to be terrorists and reserves the right to blow them up for any damned reason he wants. obongo's got a list. There are no checks and balances as to who goes on that list. The nation has been put on a state of perpetual emergency and war.

This is not Freedom. This is not Liberty. This is no longer a Republic. That someone with a modicum of power in D.C. is willing to stand up and call a spade a spade means there is hope, however small, of pushing back against the police state.

BTW, what imminent threat did Vicky Weaver present? In what way was killing her Constitutional? In what way was Lon Horiuchi punished?

Killing her set a precedent, and as a consequence, nobody's life is secure from random government sanctioned murder.

The economic decline of the U.S. is an important issue, but it pales compared to the rise of a narcissistic fascist president exercising extra-Constitutional powers to roll out a domestic army, spy on Americans, and who keeps a "to kill" list that may or may not contain the names of returning vets, NRA members, Tea Party activists, bitter clingers, who knows? By law, you can't know, and by law there's nothing to stop him from sending a hellfire down on your location.

New verb: "Droned"

Definition: Any person including but not limited to a citizen of the United States disagreeing with the Marxist, Socialist, and or Progressive agenda eliminated by a hell fire missile or other appropriate projectile fired from a US Government pilotless weapons platform known as a Drone.

“If a police sniper removes an imminent threat is that a violation of “due process” and unconstitutional?”

No, because it’s covered under the right of self defense.

“If not then how is it any different if the police use a drone?”

The difference is, you don’t need any law to take out someone who is an imminent threat, since it’s already legal to do so. So, if they need a new law, then it obviously is NOT about imminent threats, even if you want to frame the issue that way.

You don’t get it yet?

A tiny exception to these fascists is like opening the barn door.

This domestic drone hit sh1t needs to be stomped on hard and fast.

And you are also making the very erroneous assumption that Obama and his Muslim advisers give a crap about Islamic terrorism in the US. They don’t.

Domestic drone use is nothing more than intimidation of American citizens.

Repeat after me: Absolutely nothing more. It is opening a black hole into which all of our liberties will be sucked.

You just said all that is needed to say to put this in perspective.

Really scary..

Rand Paul was pretty clear that he was not talking about someone engaged in an imminent attack. He and Ted Cruz spoke at length about the White House watering down the concept of imminent attack to now not mean immediate. Were you watching?

I’m looking forward to the day when McCain gets so far into his senility that he’s overcome by verbal incontinence and accidentally lets slip the reason why the democrat party owns him so completely.

My opinion: In a word, Hanoi.

Rand and Ted were doing the Lord’s work. Bless them! All who broke bread with the Tyrant should be drummed out of the party.
