The water/sewer betrayal turned out to be a blessing in disguise for South Fulton, because you can't have high-density development with septic tanks. As a result of this lack of progress, huge parts of the area have remained semi-rural with minimum tract sizes as high a five acres. Lack of high-density development has kept Obama's people out, so far...
Can't think of one, but I'm sure the Democrat "mainstream" newsrooms have plenty of stories archived that talk about some city or another being "a model of... (whatever)". There are some old stories about Atlanta like that, as a matter of fact.
