House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan plans to release a budget proposal that he says will balance the nations budget in 10 years and repeal Obamacare.
The former vice-presidential candidate said his plan for repealing Obamacare includes halting the expansion of Medicaid. He also wants states to run the federal low-income healthcare program through federal block grants, he told Fox News.

Works for me!
It will never be repealed. It will be with us till death, like social security. He needs to focus his efforts on helping Rand restore the federal government to what the founders envisioned. They need to tag team Obama.
Equally likely to happen.
But hey, if the Dems aren't going to be serious about the budget process why should we?
Repealing Obamacare will not wait for 10 years. It needs to be done immediately or it’s never going to happen.
Senator Pat Toomey had a plan to balance the budget in ten years, now Ryan comes up with one.
We are heading for disaster, the wound is open and bleeding and all that the GOP RINO’s can come up with are band aids like this.
I think the politicians really don’t want to make hard choices so they come with these rope a dope, kabuki dance plans to make us out here think they are really getting conservative and serious about things.
This is meaningless, the disaster is coming in less than ten years and the politicians are trying to string us along while the ship sinks.
I’m not drinking this Kool Aid.
BALANCED BUDGET NOW.......
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The run up to the 2014 mid-term elections will be very interesting. If those 2012 elections had consequences, the coming mid-terms are the end game.
I agree that it will not be repealed through a legal process within the legislative and executive branch; however, I suspect it will “repeal” itself as the financial concrete block that finally breaks the knat’s back. It will be what finally accelerates the bankruptcy of the nation bringing financial collapse. Unfortunately, everything will be “repealed” at that point.
Excellent!
