Naturalized citizens have paperwork indicating the time and place they were granted citizenship.

I don’t follow/understand the remarks. Cruz was born in Canada the mother being a USA citizen and the father being a Cuban citizen. The family lived in Canada on non-USA government business. That is why my take is that Cruz is not a Constitutionally eligible person for POTUSA.
