I honestly declare the best solution would be to take all of the applicants, and do a LOTTERY, some go back, and some stay. Quick and remove the judges having to review case by case. It´s the way we sent young men to war in the days of the draft, and it´s equitable and fair. Everyone gets the same treatment. You either had good luck, or bad luck.

IMHO Illegal aliens can granted a green card to stay under certain conditions but must NEVE EVER be granted citizenship or the right to vote without going back home and getting in line behind the millions that have been trying for years to gain admittance.
