Prayers for those affected by this crash.
I just hope we do not get a bunch of talk from the administration about this being the result of sequestration.

Also fly the P3s In the summer, P3's come over my house here in Olympia and heading west. Usually at 2100 or so then back again at about 2300. I'm guessing summer ROTC flights as it is so regular and predictable. The unique sound of a 4 engine turbo prop plane with that distinct whistle melded into the piston noise is music to me (brings memories of the Lockheed Electra back to me from my childhood)

Prayers up for the families.

I used to lay out in the yard when I was a kid and watch the P2V-7s and P5M-2s flying over when the seaplane base was still open. There were still PBYs and PBMs over there when I was a wee tad but I don’t remember them.
Radio says that all three killed were crew. Damned shame. Dangerous job.
