It's called portion control,” Bloomberg said Sunday on CBS’s "Face the Nation." “It's a typical way that companies use to and governments use to explain to people what's in their interest and what isn't.”

What a lying jerk. Portion control is a term used by restaurants. It is a method used to control costs, not to tell their customers what’s good for them. They use exact portions, especially for the expensive ingredients, and are more generous with the inexpensive ones.
Leave it to a politician to twist the meaning out of all recognition!
New Yorkers had portion control in the amount of time a mayor was to serve. Bloomy thought otherwise and made the changes necessary to become mayor again. He is a petty tyrant.
