The problem will be solved as soon as black families start valuing education as much as Asian families do. Same goes for less affluent white families.
It’s not just the families, but the social pressure that getting a good education is being white. Which is at such divergence with the civil rights movement and Brown v Board of Ed.
At this point I think it would be worthwhile to re-segregate the schools not by race, but by ability and desire.
Put the loser class into holding tanks as a gateway to prison, and the others for the motivated as a gateway to a successful future.
